Projector Lamp and Bulb Returns
ProjectorLamp.com offer customers a 1 year warranty on all projector lamps
against defective materials or workmanship. The 1 year warranty begins on
the day the projector lamp is shipped from our warehouse. The warranty is
1 consecutive year from date of shipment.
Please inspect your Original Projector Lamp as soon as you receive it for
any shipping damages. You must contact us within 24 hrs to report any shipping
damage.
ProjectorLamp.com will not accept any projector lamp or TV lamp return that is
the result of a problem with the projector or TV, and not the lamp itself. DO
NOT modify or alter the projector lamp in any form or shape as this will void
your warranty.
All projector lamps must be returned to us in their original packaging undamaged
and unmarked with any labels. All lamps must be returned inside a larger outer
carton to prevent any shipping damages. ProjectorLamp.com reserves the right to
charges a restocking fee up to 25% for any returns with damaged or marked packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be issues only once ProjectorLamp.com inspects the lamp.
If you purchased your projector lamp with a credit card, refund will be issued only to
the same credit card.
If you purchased your projector lamps by wire transfer or check a refund will be issued to
the same account after the goods have been inspected by ProjectorLamp.com
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from original date of shipment.
Only authorised returns that fall within the 1 year from date of shipment
will be accepted by ProjectorLamp.com
Important:
This form is not an RMA or authorization to return your
projector lamp. Please wait for your return authorization ( RMA) from ProjectorLamp.com
prior to returning your projector lamp. Note that the RMA is valid for 30 days from date
of issue. Unfortunately after 30 days has passed from date issue we cannot accept your
return.
